DOA DEEP CLEAN

I have noticed on more than one occasion that there are a lot of DOA members who never group up unless harassed to join the group. Even at that, once they are in the group the prove to be rather worthless. I mean absolutely no disrespect to anyone in the clan. DOA fo LIFE! but I do enjoy priding myself with the thought that we are elite as it gets with no scrubs. I know we are trying to gain members for clan wars, but lets try to keep a no scrub policy while also trying to grow. More or less I'm suggesting a scrub genocide in the halls of DOA

I don't really like the application, cause while I love DOA to death, I don't really want to tell anybody about previous clans because I treat my clanmates like family and friends and IDK, just feels weird to have to justify why you left a clan like that.

Everything else though makes sense.

Yea i mean there are areas you dont have to really include , but an over application would be good to better understand a recruit

I'm against a DOA restart. How would that look come clan wars? Why not just kick all the people who aren't on the website or haven't been on within a month or so.

I'm now with VALOR at lvl 22 and in DOA on that team and everyone on that side never wanna group up or anything so I'm always playing by myself on that team. And once I go on SVER I'm staying with them.

why not just kick the scrubs out and leave the rest. No reason to kick for inactivity. I have kicked 3 people out over the last 2 weeks. Have some more in mind but we will see what they do.

@ Devilsthunder Whip those bastards into shape. Let PIKK123 know also. He should be the leader there and can kick them out for not grouping.

well racing, thats because even though DOA has a lot of amazing players there are also a number of arrogant dicks who are too "cool" to want to participate in what the rest of us find as a nice way to spend time at work. The people who are on the forums and participating in the clan to the fullest are the people I have the best time playing with. Regardless of the amount of Grims you have, I would rather play with team players than show-boaters. And i feel that I have made a direct correlation with not participating on our forums to also being a show-boater. Their are a few exceptions though , for example. War-eagle is a great team player and is fun to play with but is not on the forums. I think we should all encourage more participation. Make it so only people on the forums can be an officer or something equivalent.

I have to agree. And another thing is, that I doubt that anyone on sver doa is on the forums, ever since smelly left. Maybe we should start it over. Plus, I need someone to vet over to sver with me so I have someone to play with.

I almost feel the same way you do Vash But I know there are a few of them that will just not participate in the forums ie. Gor_Gor Will never come here.
I was thinking about deleting all the officers except the few I know to be true to the cause. As for Grims I have noticed that not to many of DOA have a lot of them. Secretly I have been deleting some of our not so great players who aren't on anymore or very little. Every time I get on I tell everyone that major changes are about to happen and that the officers status of most DOA will be deleted. If they read the forums they would know.

I'm fine with deleting officers. I'll stop promoting them now, cause I was mainly doing it to show the people who are active. But yeah. Shall stop.

I'm surprised I don't have more grims actually. I mean I feel pretty good about my K/D ratio, and yet i'm still not getting them. I think I get at least 25 kills a game though.

I have been cleaning up the clan as of late. Like I have said before call them out in this thread. That way I know what and who to deal with.

I have noticed a bit of cleaning going on. And I must say that I have really been enjoying the 10+ members on statically the last week. Keep it up guys!

Seems that a few of our old members have made it back to MAG.
