| I have noticed on more than one occasion that there are a lot of DOA members who never group up unless harassed to join the group. Even at that, once they are in the group the prove to be rather worthless. I mean absolutely no disrespect to anyone in the clan. DOA fo LIFE! but I do enjoy priding myself with the thought that we are elite as it gets with no scrubs. I know we are trying to gain members for clan wars, but lets try to keep a no scrub policy while also trying to grow. More or less I'm suggesting a scrub genocide in the halls of DOA | |

| Hopefully I'm not a scrub that will be cleaned. I love to group up makes the games go by faster when the other side sucks and we redline em. DOA all the way! | |

| Yay! I know I'm not the greatest player out there, but I like to group and have fun while being serious at the same time. I've found that it makes the game easier to play and not seem like its taking years for a sabo game to end cause the competition doesnt exist. | |

| Crazycow, I wouldn't worry about it. We just need to slap these "srcubs" around and show them how to play. I have invited many noobs into this clan. With the right support and training most turned out Just fine. I believe you will become a better player with time. Find your feel for the game. Don't worry to much about being on the front lines and hang back abit. Look at your surroundings.
Lord_Vash, if you remember the guys who had the walmart rez let me know. We have rules and he needs to get with it. I don't like to kick people out for any reason. Now don't get me wrong I will and have kicked dumbasses out before. I like to send them messages first explaining why we feel this way. But some jerks just need the boot.
So to all ye faithful DOA, If you see any lvl 30+ with walmart rez, send them a PSN note. Be nice about it and inform him of his errors. Most people wil correct there mishapes right away. If he continues to break the Laws then message Alexbell450 and myself Dead_Corps. We will be handling all the VTK out.

| right on, I am on it. Totally not wanting to be a nark or anything. it's just that the walmart rez is so frustrating, as well as it's not that hard to follow 2 rules. full rez, play with eachother. haha | |

| I could be wrong, but I think Poachabine (Sp? Something like that) might not have had full Rez. IDK what his level was, or even if he was with DOA, just that I played with him and Zech for a while yesterday. | |

| Yeah guys he just came back from a tour. He knows whats up and whats not. Not everyone will grab full rez by lvl 9 like me. I do have to say he was out of formation in a Sabo attack SVER. Just chalked it up to power leveling. | |

| If you want them to know our rules, than you need to send them our site link when you recruit them. That might help. That's what I've been doing. | |

| We should start a list of guys who are not following the rules. Put their name here with a reason why you have put them on our hit list. Also please let us know if you have sent them a message or not telling them what they are doing wrong.
I messaged one of our members, a few days ago, letting them know that they needed to group up or get out. He left. We don't need people in DOA like that.
Just because he has a mic doesn't mean he is DOA worthy. They need to follow our simple rules and be able to hold his own in a battle. I have noticed that most of our newest members have more purple heart ribbons than anything else. This is not DOA material. Now just because he has purple hearts doesn't mean he is a bad player. You need to look at their medic, marauder and repair ribbons also. 15 purple hearts w/ 40 gold field medic ribbons = great medic but awful killer. He needs to stay more in the back. I can just about always tell how a soldier plays just by his ribbons.

| dude I totally feel you. Not top dog certainly but I do get frustrated when I keep seeing DOA members who are garbage. I take a lot of Pride in being a DOA elite. Would much rather have fewer amazing members than a load of shit heads running around tainting our name | |

| Today I was reading on Facebook, and I read a comment which said
"PS I think the perfect model for clan chaos is actually DOA. They are almost like a horde of randoms."
No even though I scoffed at this and thought STFU, we have some elements in our clan who have no actual skills, and just wear our tag because they can. Now like Dead said, you can look at someone's ribbons ect and see how they play.
And we need to start making sure our members are DOA material. Obviously I don't want to start kicking everyone out of the clan, however I do want to start kicking people up the arse and get them to start pulling their weight.

| LOL, that's actually kinda awesome. We're nasty and Hard like criminals. I totally feel you. In retrospect my posts always seem so gung-ho on kicking people out of the clan. I guess what I really am trying to get across is that I want all our DOA players to at least hit at a mediocre standing. btw, I feel like we had some really great groups going this week. lets keep it up! and Alex, quit your job you git! | |

| agreed. the word horde makes it sound like we are wild as frack and deadly. which I would certainly say are words to describe us and our rag tag group of elite gents. | |

| I think they are just jealous. We kick ass and get MVP most of the time yet some of our players just suck. You know when your a good leader when you leave for a month to come back to a disorganized group. Now alex did a fine job of taking the role of leader, I just wish I had done this sooner. The damage was already done.
Looks like it's time to clean house

| So, what do my medals/ribbons say about me?
I think we should def deep clean, I know there are lots of people who use to go on DOA a lot and just haven't been on lately, but we need to get rid of those people too. I've seem probably upwards of 20 people not on since i've joined.

| Yea i think DOA needs to be dis banned and created again In Ravens side. The reason for this is because the people that truly want to be in DOA will look for a way to join back in which is mostly the good players. Those noobs that never play will just be cleaned off for good. We need to be more selective in the people we chose like instead oh giving them an invite after a couple games with them. We tell them to go to our website and make an application to join DOA. In this thread it will have a list of questions which could go like this:
Exact PS3 On-line name : Why did you choose your name?: Any previous names or aliases?: Current age : State you reside in: Preferred style of play (Sniper, assault gunner, wingman, etc): How often are you in game each week?: Previous clan(s) you have been a part of in the last two years: Reason for leaving/getting booted (please specify) from the previous clan(s): How did you hear about [DOA}?: Are you currently trying out with any other clan at this time?:
The recruiters will go over the players application and determine whether the recruit shows great potential and a great contribution towards [DOA]

| The application side of your post Dr is a good idea. I think we just might integrate it into the way we do things. As for disbaning the clan I could never do it. Some of those guys who have left the game have returned. They were great then and I'm sure they will be just fine after the return. Seen this happen a few times now. But weeding out the noobs is something we really need to do. We also need to make sure everyone has access to our clan chat. The ones who join that on a regular basis are the true players in DOA. The ones that don't join have no idea whats going on in our clan.
I would say lets bring back the super group but racingfan always has problems with DC. DC is the enemy of all MAG players and it happens to every one of us at one point or another. DC is zippers fix for the gliching super groups. So we que sync instead. 4 here 5 there is a lot better than 8 here and 1 guy left with randoms any time. We can't do this without every one knowing there place. We also need to separate the players as well. Beasts need to be mixed with or field support guys in a proper way. Also the guns need to be mixed as well. We all can't run around with the same weapon. So making sure we get the right mix of players we need to know where every ones strengths and weaknesses are and this is why we need to play together always.
