| MAG is a game about teamwork. We, Bunker Killers, win almost all of our games NOT because we have monsters aplenty, it is because we work as a single unit, a team, this is also why “Super Grouping” has become increasingly popular, it ensures that everyone participating in the “Super Group” plays in the same game.
This idea of teamwork and cooperation cannot only exist after the load screen completes, it must start once a Bunker Killer logs into the game. Since Zipper hasn’t implemented squads larger than 8, we, the players must find our own path.
Since it has been asked before, I will explain how Super Grouping works: there is aglitch in the game that makes it impossible to retract an invite once it has been sent. This is why when you join as the 8th person; you piss off a lot of people. Understand that under these two conditions an invite can NEVER exist: 1.) an invite is being sent to someone in a squad already, 2.) and most importantly, an invite CANNOT be sent if there are 8 people in the squad, this is why it i scritical if you join the Super Group too soon that you immediately backout. The longer you stay, the longer everyone has to wait.
Until Zipper implements in game squads larger than 8, follow these guidelines. They are created in the hopes of limiting downtime, and hopefully will create Super Groups more efficiently since everyone will be following the same rule set.
1.) You must log into the DOA chat Slayer has setup for us. If you see enough DOA members on for a Super Group, ask what is going on. If you are not logged into the chat you will not receive an invite to the Super Group.
2.) Under penalty of not participating in the Super Group during its duration, DO NOT frack ACCEPT YOUR INVITE UNTIL YOU ARE TOLD TO!
3.) If Dead_Corps, or any officer of DOA tells youto back out to make space, this is no longer a request, this is an order. Failure to comply with this will only slow the process.
4.) When reforming the Super Group, backing out is no longer voluntary, if your name isn’t on the squad screen, you are to immediately back out of the Super Group; the longer everyone lingers, the longer everyone waits.
5.) When invites are being sent out, let us know if you still: “need an invite” or "Need1". After you recieve your invites let us know with: "got mine" or "got1" It takes time to go through the clan list to send out invites. Everyone will be asked if they have an invite before the order to join is executed.
6.) Please refrain form asking if it's going to take much longer or smaming the board while we arew setting up the super group. I personally love playing MAG because of the teamwork that is required to play and win. That is why I call DOA home. DOA works fantastically as a team, and that is not an easy thing to find. I don’t want to lose this because everyone gets so fed up with each other trying to expand an already great thing by Super Grouping. As most of you already know, it is wonderful to play with a group, but can be a death sentence to work with them. Forming the Super Group is the work before play, but the payoff is well worth the effort. Once everyone is on the same page, I am confident we can Super Group or reform in 5 minutes.
Now let’s go out there and continue to prove that DOA is the best there is.

| I do like doing the super group. But i thought that we were going to do the group sync instead since its faster. Another thing is that if you have 9 people on and they all want to play, and we did a super group, 1 person will end up being with randoms. | |

In these cases you jump across to join the person by themselves IF POSSIBLE. Sometimes there isn't space so you just have to play but at least the lone person knows the squad next to them isn't just randoms. Also if you are by yourself, and someone jumps across to join you, DO NOT JUMP INTO THE SPACE THEY LEAVE. I've had this happen to me several times and it really pisses me off!!!

| @alex yeah it happens to me and I feel the same way. I would jump over to the other squad so that one person doesn't have to be alone and he would jump to take my empty spot. We don't do the super group much any more but we do still use it. That is why I put the instructions up. With the low numbers that MAG has right now we can just que sync. If the numbers start to grow or we are just not getting the same games through a que sync we will us this method. If you don't have the DOA chat in your list of text chats please ask for an invite. | |
