It really depends on the game were playing. If its a red-line fest then your not going to catch many who want to sit in the bunker turret. Although when were getting pushed there's always someone wanting it.
Personally you won't find me in a turret very often.

I was checking out the player stats the other day and I was looking at the cream of the crop DOA members. None of us have the 1000 bunker turret kills metal. Not one of us has the arm chair general ribbon either. So I would think it's safe to say we don't use the turret very often or at all.
But as Alex has said it does depend on the game. Better yet it depends on the bunker as you just can't get kills from some of them at all. i.e. ACQ 2nd platoon Delta squad. Your only in there till you re-up on your ammo

I've always sucked at bunker turrets, idk how those people in Sevr do it.

Very interested in joining DOA.  My old clan has quit playing and have tried with a few other clans that are very disorganized and noobish.  Having problems with entering my username when I post this.

Hey guys, i just recently switched back to Raven after getting my Trophies, and find that my clan has mostly all gone dead silent(inactive). I've got easily over 500 hours of game play clocked in(not reflected in my stats, as i deleted my 1st character) and know my way around the game. Good team player, and ex-officer from my abandoned clan.

My ratio might seem a bit low, but as my name states clearly, the wife also plays the game with me, thus the reason.

I just got invited to another random clan and accepted without knowing who they were, but they are pretty small, and kinda odd too.

Anyways, here's hoping you're still looking for a few good men.

p.s. If you do want me in, i might not get the in game clan invite as i have to ditch this other clan tonight 1st.

p.p.s. I'd like to know if there are also any special inactivity rules as far as the forums go. I normally only checked the forums for my old clan from work during week-days. Meaning weekends is off limits. I have a computer at home, but i hate to spend any time on it as i use one all day long at work.

@ Matt_and_Rox let us know when you drop your other clan. That way we can get that invite out to you. Sorry to hear about your clan going south. It almost happened to us when I vetted. Almost but not at all. So we know what you mean on this matter.

Not everyone in the clan comes to the forums here. I wish more would as their input is invaluable and so the reason behind the forums it's self. We do have a large number of clan mates and I have played with every one of them. Some have gone inactive and we feel they will return come fall and winter. On that note we do have guys who play almost every day so we get about 10 to 25 guys online at a time. We all split our groups up and Q sync together. This way we can have more than one squad in a game. It also makes it fun to play knowing there are more than just random blue dots out there.

If your active in the MAG forums let me know as we use a universal sig to let every one know who we are. I can make it in no time at all and post it to my photobucket where you can link the image from. You can check it out in the graphic section in this forum.

Yeah, i check MAG.com pretty much everyday as well. I dont post much, but a sig would be fine. I'll spread the love wherever i can i guess.

We used to have that many ppl online ... ahh the glory days. I really wish Zipper would come out with an easier way to queue sync though. I suppose you guys do it with a count down through PSN text chat?

I'll be dropping it tonight when i get home. Give me about 2-3 hours, and fire off that invite whenever you can.

I got a bunch of friends who complain about the inactivity of our old clan ... maybe i can draw a few of them over here too. Most of them also play BFBC2, which i saw you also had a division for.

My KDR isnt that great at around 1.8 but im not scared to rush a position or snipe someone 5 meters in front of me, I always have my KP for back up, I can drive, man a bunker turret, switch to any loadout that requires smoke, repair or a rocket. The only thing I cant do currently is Interdiction, as ive not played it, but im sure ill learn it in about...5 minutes.

I would love to get some of you wooden-shewed warriors over here. We understand having multiple people come over at once requires multiple levels of command. All new recruits, regardless of where they came from, need to go through a temporary probation period, where you will be in evaluation (along with your men) for your placing in DOA. Unless you are complete rubbish and refuse to play with us it sounds like you will be an excellent addition to our guild. Participate on our forums and show good leadership skills and you will be eligible for Officer status. Note* we would love for all of your homies to play with us here at DOA, but they must pull their own weight. All new members are judged individually and prior status is irrelevant. Again, I am stoked to have some more EU players as I play early during the weekdays due to my work schedule. We have a few other EU's as well. Post up a list of the psn's in question and the rest of the officers and myself will pull you in for the probation period. 1-2 weeks depending on how often you play. We do not want to come to a decision based of 1 or 2 games, but instead a number of games from a few officer's perspectives. Welcome to the winning team.

quick description on why DOA is for you: It seems DOA is what MAG is about. A squad, platoon and clan that sticks together to get the job done properly. I hate moving into a frago with noone to cover your back and as you are about to remove a charge etc to get knifed in the back with no warning. Also the radio silence in randoms is kind of annoying. I dont talk much but when I do its important and it'd be nice to know important info that you cant see for yourself.

Do you have all DLC i.e. Interdiction: No. Not a problem to get it. Just the player counts seemed low so I dont know how active the matches actually are.

To reiterate tho, the clan aspect as DOA describes it is what I think a game like MAG should be. my clan was an invite when i was lvl 9 and I can barely get more then one person at a time to group. And Im lucky if they have a mic.
