| I have noticed that the last few days someone has been voting to kick out the whole squad while we have a full group of DOA and friends. This is very annoying and should be stopped. I will kick anyone who persists on doing this. Funny or not (as it is not funny at all) a VTK is something that should only be used to kick a worthless SL out after you ask him to set frago or a team killer. End of line____

| There are still a lot of people that play on their own. Last night, there were 7 people on at once, and they were so disorganized and they were all in their own game. and yes, they were inactive members. I didn't bother telling them to backout since they probably wouldn't. | |

| Sounds Like Yesterday Someone made you mad Dead. Anyway Just Letting You Know This Side Is Getting A Little Better. We Keep 3 Active People On Mostly Now Instead Of None. They All Follow The Rules For The Most Part. But Here's The Buffalo/Chicken Kicker. Lol. All My New Recruits Seemed To Have Came From Raven (Know wonder). Anyway Rules Must Be Held And Followed So Dead You Might Just Have To Tell Those People Direct As The Only People That Seem To Read The Forums Are The Originals. |

| Yeah had a guy who would not equip the med kit w/ improved resus after lvl 30. I had to take his Tags away as this was the second day in a row I had to inform him. I hope he gets his shit sorted as I hate to kick members. I mean come on we only have a few rules

| I just have one question. Does in game leaders mean Platoon and Squad Leaders, Clan leaders, Group leaders, or the people everyone seems to listen to like Dead, Alex and Amish and some other people etc. | |

| I see. It just kind of irks me when I get in game as Squad leader and everybody's telling me to listen to somebody. Lol, though we usually end up winning anyways, so it don't matter. | |

| Can we make an addition to the clan rules that we are a mic ONLY clan? I don't mind the current guys without mic's but in future I would like to see all new recruits with mics. | |

| Alex, I did hear that ryanevanson is supposed to get one soon. And why is it that when there are so many people on?, we are so disorganized. I see people doing games on their own. The reason we are in a clan is to group up. Right, dead? | |

| When I play the whole day of MAG and then at 5:00 people start coming on in droves and sometimes I just can't be bothered to play with two whole groups of q-syncing for the rest of the night, cause I know that's what'll happen lol. Or i'm about to respec and I don't want to hold up the clan putting my armory back together again. And most of the people who don't play with us at those times usually group up with us at different times. Just sayin that even though the whole point of the group is to group up, when there's that many people on it's hard to get everybody in the right groups and some people just prefer to play by themselves. What can I say, lol? | |

| Having a mic is a given. Now I did let a few in that didn't have a mic but they heard us loud and clear while playing so they got the invite. I don't really expect everyone to always team up but, you should team up 90% of the time.
Now that I have returned from my tour de MAG I have noticed that we have gotin a bit unorganized. So for the few of us that actually participate in the forums we need to keep a list. Who they are and what they did wrong or right.
Also you will see a change in the officer status of some of our guys. I promoted everyone while I was gone because I didn't want people F'n around with the clan. Then I thought hey why not give the gold star to Alexbell which was a great idea. Now, with clan battles around the corner, we need to clean the list up. Officers need to know what is expected of them. Officers need to report all wrong doings to this forum, alex or myself. The forum being the better of the three as we can all read. Also, I think all officers of DOA should be active here as well.

| Agreed. I feel that by having everyone be officers it is just making it very easy for horrible players to infiltrate the halls of DOA and then further the pillaging by all the noobs having the ability to bring in more noobs. The Ranks in the clan should more organized, and I think officers having mandatory Forum participation is a great idea. It may seem far-fetched or odd but maybe we could conjure up a decent way to have "re-"try outs for all members who are on the line. Officers could initiate some in the field training/supervision to clear out the weeds in our beautiful flower patch of murderin'. Once a member has been cleared then we could mark them off on our current roster. We should make a deadline for all the training to be completed by and all members who have not been on or failed the training will be booted, giving DOA a fresh and accurate roster full of beasts exclusively. along with this, we could have a set guidline for when and when not to bring people into the clan as well as what requirements must be met to reach officer status. Can't wait to play with you again dead, haven't seen you or Amish in a couple weeks. | |

| Yeah I haven't played in some time maybe a week?? seems too long. Guess I'm a M.A.G.G.O.T. If you remember that from the MAG Forums.
There is really no reason to hold tryouts or anything like that. Just keep a pen and tablet next to you and when you see a DOA wonder off on his own, not team up after messages sent (you can't just invite him to a group and expect him to not already be in a party or a game que) not have a rez bla bla (you know the rules and so should they) constantly doing bad (I say this because sometimes I do horrible sometimes)... well you catch my drift. Write his name down and the reason. Then transfer that list to our forums. We can then discuss these issues in a civil manner and bring him a sort of What to Work On message. I really don't want to have to kick anyone out of our clan but try and make them better players. I don't want to see flaming going on but constructive criticism. We can't all be beasts but we can learn from mistakes and try to work on improving our game play. Learning ones strengths and developing on that is a place to start. Now we don't need a bunch of medics running around not killing anything either.
When Clan Wars hit we will be active in them. We will be a competitive clan from that point forward (not that we aren't already competitive in this game). Looking forward to our next battle we need to bring our game faces. I want to see us in the top ten in the leaderboards. To do this we must learn all we can about ourselves and each other. We will have to know who will group up with whom when we split into squads.

| We could have a 'bootcamp'
Go in a suppression/sabotage with just the one guy who's trying out for DOA and a couple of other DOA vets, stick with the guy, see how he did at the end, whether he rezzed his companions or sat back and killed a bunch of people, or sniped, maybe do that a couple of times on diff maps and then at the end decide whether he is fit for DOA and what he should be if he does join DOA.

| I've noticed a couple of people transferring over to DOA from other dying clans on Mag. We should take advantage of the low Mag numbers and snatch up a bunch of people who want to play as much as we do. | |

| I ran in a squad of DOA over the weekend and e were all running with the same colors.
Smoke Matrix. We joked around saying we should make it the color for DOA and that everyone should run with that color of outfit but, I think it's a good idea. So with that I would like to say let get everyone in the clan to run with the same color outfits. I have already changed armor colors in all my load outs to accommodate this color. Be it mesh or ceramic we should all pick the same matrix smoke colors for our load outs. If you think this is a good idea we can add it to the Laws of DOA.
Lets discuss this further as I would like to see what your opinion is on this matter.

| I'd think that not wearing the clan colors would be a serious offense, and should merit a TK and a group T-bagging for the duration of the round. | |
