Disconnected at the worst time!

I don't know if I'm just lucky, but I rarely get disconnected from MAG while playing. Unfortunately, last night it happend to me at the worst time ever!

As many of you know, I'm not a beast killer. I consider myself to be a good overall player and I'm trying to be more beastly, but I often end up with 20-30 kills during a DOM match while I'm running around trying to repair stuff or blow up helicopters, take back objectives, etc. After a lot of hours in MAG, I only have one Grim Reaper ribbon.

Last night I was being the most beastly that I've been in a while. I had 25 kills with more than ten minutes left in DOM, defending the G&H objectives. I was doing great. I was excited that this was going to be a chance for that second Grim Reaper ribbon and I had a good strategy for getting lots of kills during the last ten minutes, when . . . BAM! disconnected with the 5:5 error message.

Oh well, life goes on. I'll just try to do that again when I can . . .

Oh yeah, I feel you man. Nothing pissed me of more then running with a DOA squad, being at the top with lots of time left and then BAM! /shakes fist

I don't like that either. I just hate having to dc at the last minute.

I've chucked controllers across the room due to DC'ing. Absolutely the worste.

Yeah, its sucks when that happens. I've learned that I have to stifle my urge to curse at the top of my lungs because I'm usually on later at night after the kids go to bed!

I've noticed a lot of DCs the last couple days that occur just after being put into a lobby were the entire group gets DC'd.

Guess I've been lucky, I haven't really had any freezing or DC problems while in game. Sucks when it does happens though.

I hardly ever get DC. Most of my problems are the freeze you get while in the CNI area. I also get a few "not able to spawn in but hover over the spawn" problems. I hope with this new 1.07 patch coming some of these will be fixed.

Oh I freeze up and have to restart my PS3 so often that it pisses me off to know end. Usually when i'm doing good on shit pmc's like Valor too.

I hate it too, happened to me in a 70+ kill game with 1:40 on the clock. I was soo pissed! Evil or Very Mad

not counting that time tonight where - everyone? Disconected frm that Domination Match- lol, Lag switchers, broke the whole match

I can usually tell when I'm about to get kicked. Things around me start to lag real bad so what I do is go hid out and wait till everything starts to look better. I try not to move around and hope to re-sync with the game. This works sort of.

Yes Zapon that was f'd for sure. Everyone lost their connection that game. I saw a bunch of friends go offline then back on as well.

It seems like there aren't as many D/Cs with 1.07, but I froze up twice today. I hope this isn't a sign of things to come.

After the 1.07 I get more DC's compared to before. I usually DC like 2 times every night I am on (GMT zone)

that is horrible. Luckily I don't get dc'd that often. only once or twice since the patch.

On two different occassions since the patch, I've frozen twice. It happened right when I was starting to play . . . the third time I got into the game I was able to stay and things were fine. Both occassions I was playing with my son - he was on our other PS3 and playing MAG under his login (sometimes we both try to get on and group up like that). I don't know if two PS3s connecting with the same internet account creates any problems for MAG after this last patch? In any event, after freezing twice we were able to both stay on without problems for a good period of time.

I have been getting DC like crazy. Now it's 2 or 3 times a day. I'm just glad we can get our points back if we get into the same game.

This is crazy, still haven't really had an issue at all, good ol' PAL versions (yeah that must be it)

I don't seem to disconnect out of games lately, but when I first get into game or when i'm in a q I get disconnected and I seriously can't get back. I'm signed into PS3, have internet, I just can't connect to the Game Universe. Guess they must have a shitty connection there :/

These past few days have been horrible. DC and rubberbands like crazy. I played one game of dom yesterday and I had to shut it off. I just couldn't take it any longer.
