New Leader for DOA in SVER

Smellyfeet133t has moved to SVER perminantly. With this news I felt that he would be a great leader for our SVER sde of the clan. I hope he removes all the scrubs that have infultrated our clan over there as many of them are. Lookin through their score cards I have noticed that several of them only have the purple heart ribbons. This is not a good image for DOA. I do know that we all have different playing styles and full time repair and medics will not get the grim reaper ribbons that I would like to see us getting. He is able to play with them and see if they are DOA material and should be kept.

you join the academy before you join the actual clan. and the only person to graduate you would be dead when he feels your ready or one of the other higher ranks

Well we could have a couple people who teach the newbs, and then a couple people who agree on how good they are and then decide what rank they get in the clan. But we should ultimately see how they are when they're actually playing.

yea and they need to be examined on what there best on (commando , sniper , etc) versus what they want to be. that way they can be more efficient. example is I Love The Apex 100 but when playing with you guys i use the f90 because i'm a better commando , then a direct action person.

Glich Kings in R2?? no way. Actually we have a clan full of them. Personally I can take you to places you've never seen before. Like the end of a sandbox were multiple level intertwine. Resistance 2 is an awsome game and makes you play as a team when your in co-op mod.

As for contests we need more active personel here. I'm not going to go pay for something just to give it away to one of 6 or 7 guys.

As for training the noobs I have been doing that since the game was releast. I was in all but the first faze of the beta and the ING tourny. It's all about getting the ones that want to learn new ways to play this game. Like sticking with your squad and setting waypoints for everyone to follow. This game is very fun but at times where everyone is off blowing shit up on their own and not following command is where I get frustrated. I understand sometimes you get lucky and can sneak back to the mortors and what ever. It's when we are trying to win the game and someone is off padding their stats that bothers me. If you feel that something needs to be done tell the squad leader and let him make the choice to go with your plan or not.
