| I already have interdiction and all the avatars and themes. Only thing the started kit would offer me is the 2 additional character slots, which i'll never need cuz i'm not planning on ever vetting again. Raven is where i started, and where i'll stay. | |

Yea they sent out a new msg today to get escalation @ $7.99. I clicked and dwnlded it today,,, Is just as cool as beta (minus the glitches) Hectic and carnage as usual... Playued 3 games..sver one 2 and Raven won one. I think some people just dont understand the play mechanics yet... Must own 2/3 objectives for 4th to open..then must defend till opposing faction gets it...which then reopens obectives 1,2, and 3 again.

| seemed like SVER was helping Valor win in some games today. Not sure what that was about. | |

| This was a great game mode, and I love playing it. There was a lot less shitty stuff like bull knifing too, and it was pretty fun. There was a couple of stuff I didn't like, but overall it was pretty good. Kind of dissapointed in the Raven guns though, cause the new Machine Gun is okay but the Apex is usually better except maybe at long range. That's about all I can say really, idk if the other stuff pretty good cause I haven't played enough yet... | |

| Yesterday was fun, although half you buggers f-ed off as soon as i came on.
Played quite a few games with whoever was left after and only ended up winning only 2 games all night. These new maps will take some getting used to by all i suppose. Valor seemed to be dominating most of the wins. Only once did the game last the full 20 minutes while i was playing, and Valor won that one too.
One main factor made me respec my character to a sniper. The f-ing Valor/SVER shotgun super range is complete bullshit. I was getting sniped headshot style by SVER scum up on that f-ing desert map badly ... WITH SHOTGUNS FFS! So now i got my lovely 50cal rifle back, and poppin' heads left right an center.
I ended up covering Jas last night for much of one game, and running to rez him whenever he would get his LMG wielding ass killed. Running in with my 50cal trying to dodge bullets was tons of fun.
They really need to re-tweak those shotties. Almost everybody in our squad were trying to steal one from a dead body as our f-ing pea-shooters are a real joke.
Havent tried the Gotha yet(not even in the beta). Once i rake up enough CP to buy i might respec back to the AR. We'll see. I might decide to buy the new sniper rifle 1st though to try that sucker out.
All in all, excellent game mode ... tones of fun ... but i i expect the numbers to drop dramatically once the hype of the DLC dies down ... and possibly turn into yet another Interdiction.
These maps being so enormous need some kind of new strikes to clear the way at objectives. None of the current strikes would do though as they are too powerful. Ppl playing MAG like the aspect of being able to call in strikes to help their squads out, which is why tones of ppl still play Domination and ACQ. INT has stikes, but for the size of the map, 1 mortar battery for the whole faction just isnt enough to profit from them fully. ACQ has a smaller map than INT and has 2 batteries for christ sakes. DOM has 4. Take a hint.
The "strikes" im talking about dont need to be strikes at all in fact, but maybe just perks called in by the leaders. For ex:
1- SL's have the ability to call in special light armor for his squad. Armor has heavy armor protection, but light armor movement. Last for only one spawn.
2- PL's have the ability to rouse his troops giving everybody +20hp for one spawn only.
3- PL's can activate auto-firing heal for medkits for 20 seconds for whole platoon. Meaning no need to change weapons, the medkit just fires a spray when you get close to someone, with reduced recharge.
Have the factions have some sort of satelite array to call in these drops or something and give other factions the possibility to disable them.
The thing is, there's a bunch of stuff Zipper could do with this game to make it more enciting and enduring, but i doubt they're willing to put much more effot into doing so.

| I know I told some people while they were on.... Sometimes its hard to get 2/3 objectives and then defend D. But if u can constantly hold 2/3 objectives...even though the other factions almost immediately try to take D back... you stil aqcuire points. As soon as u capture say A and B, you automatically get D. A,B, n C will unlock when D is totally taken back. But your faction still gains point while D is being taken over. You only stop gaing points when A,B, n C are unlocked. Its a slow process but works. Only issue is when a certain faction holds down D, then grabs A,B, or C. This then makes it hard to regain D, to unlock the objectives again. | |

| Playing it was pretty sick today. While it's nearly impossible to have the whole time limit used up and that would net some more kills, its lots of fun running around at D. I find there are two strategies that work, judging by the fact we won 3 games in a row 2 under 12 minutes and 1 of those the other faction didn't once take anything from us 1) take D early and don't frack let it go 2) take the two on your side of D (usually a and c) while also getting D.
also imo Escalation should be mandatory cause unlike interdiction its worth the money :]

| I sure hope all of DOA has or will have this mode. So much fun. Not the running around like wild dogs but the small battles that happen at the objectives. | |
