Casltevania Lords of Shadows

Just came out yesterday, and if you are a fan of the action/rpg then you will LOVE this game.

If you are a fan of Castlevania you will LOVE this game.

I know all the announcements and stuff said the main guy wasnt a Belmont, but SPOILER he is.(Gabriel Belmont)

Some will say its a God of War clone but what action/rpg isnt anymore.

If you wanna play as a Belmont in 3d with fluid combat, some nice platforming, some kewl puzzles, and last but not least a WHIP CHAIN DISGUISED AS A CROSS, then this game is for you.

Been playing it and its Awesome.

There are 12 chapters with 4-5 "quests"(baicaly more chapters with in a chapter) per chapter.

The game is epic and beautiful and as a fan of the originals I am extremely happy with this "reboot" of the series.


Now if they fix mag i will still play alot, but i am spending some time with this and some with MW2(just to practice the controls til black ops comes out), so my gaming is going to be split between games. Which is a much needed break for me as i had 2 games before Mag and dragon age, both of which i played the shite out of. Maybe now i wont be such a angry worn out gamer anymore.

I was checking it out the other day. Looks great. As for a GoW clone I would have to no. The game dynamics have always been lashing whips and chains. Other than the fact that it's 3d it's still castlevania. I might pick it up at some point but I'm waiting on Fall out: New Vegas

Also there is a chess like mini game that is awesome and is in the extras menu once you beat it in game.

this game gets better and better the more i play it.

I do wish they would hurry up and patch mag so i can try it for what it really should be after 2.0.

What's not a copy of GoW...?

FNV2, Oblivion (Awesome game, as are the previous Elderscrolls) and....pokemon. LOL!
