Recruiting Video

I am buying an HDMI capture card for my computer so I can capture HD video from my ps3. I thuoght it would be an awesome idea to make a recruitment Video. Just have some awesome shots of us doing bad ass maneuvers as a team. I think it would help bring in some more pro's to DOA by expressing to the mag community that DOA means pro. Let me know what you guys think. I have some great scenes in mind. We will do a mix of live action and set up scenarios to act out.

O certainly dudes. It will rock. Have mini segments for individuals while going back and forth to the "main story" of our teamwork skills. I'm going to alter the view on mine and make it seem like a predator/demon 1st person view. Make the enemies glow a bit, and put a reddish tinge to the corners of the screen. In the beggening of the intro I'll take a sweet kill from everybody that will participate and and do a freeze frame right before your kill and and have the players name come up with a little bit of info on him. This will be really cool, and shuoldn't takt that long to accomplish. I'm going to shoot for the end of August. If you have in mind what you want your kill session (the one we plan for and try to execute with me following you like a camera man) post it here and we can go into further detail on what map and where you would like to do it. We for sure have to get some tank footage. cause we own with those mothas.

It does sound like a good idea. Zech said something about doing this before but he never pulled though (it might be a parent problem).

we do have a DOA page on youtube. Alex and myself have vids up. I might make some more. Just don't like the quality as I use the cam in my laptop. lol

Yeah, I'd love to make more but I can't stand having to set up the camera.

o dude you are totally a beast fread. you should check out the post in the calendar section. I'm going to get the PCI card and the splitter in a week or two. I'll keep you updated on it for sure. Everyone gets to decide on what they want their mini segment to be. ex. "lord_vashima runs up to a downed brother and rezzes him while head shotting two muthas in the face" and then I am going to have a real life match (one where we mess them up to the extreme) and have it go back and forth. I'm stoked.

ordering the stuff on the 13th(friday) should have it by the 17th. Then it is showtime! get ready to help make our recruitment video.

Remember that Sab match last week with geirbiscohn and UVO? Well, we made it in his "pistol pwnage" vid. I killed him once to his two on me.

Hooray! I ordered it! Unfortunately I could only get a card capable of 480p. I believe it will turn our great regardless. I wish I could drop $150 on equipment to make a 1080p recruitment vid but this will have to do. I should have all the stuff by next week. I'll keep you updated. As soon as I get it we will start taking some vids of each other blasting muthas. I already got the program Pinnacle studio 12 (high grade shit) for the video editing. so stoked!

I wish we would have had a video of the match that we slayed 3C along with their leader. lol. sly and I broke 50 on that copper hills match. We will surely get some vids of us beating the big clans in mag.
